Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.

Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Convoi AI! These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Convoi AI governing your access to and use of our AI-powered conversational agent platform.

By creating an account or using Convoi AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Service Description

Convoi AI provides:

  • AI Voice Agents: Automated voice assistants for calls
  • Speech Recognition: AI-powered transcription
  • Text-to-Speech: Natural voice synthesis
  • Google Integrations: Calendar and Sheets connectivity
  • Knowledge Base: Document training for AI agents
  • Campaign Management: Automated outbound calling
  • Call Analytics: Recordings, transcripts, and metrics

We target 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. Free tier users have no SLA guarantees.

2. Account Registration

Eligibility

  • Be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA)
  • Be at least 18 for paid subscriptions
  • Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Use strong, unique passwords

3. Pricing & Billing

  • Billing Cycle: Monthly or annual
  • Payment Timing: Charged in advance
  • Payment Methods: Credit/debit card via Stripe
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew unless cancelled

Refunds

  • Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual plans: Pro-rated refunds within 30 days
  • Violations: No refunds for terminated accounts

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Use

  • Legitimate business communications
  • Customer service and support
  • Appointment scheduling and reminders
  • Sales and marketing calls (with consent)

Prohibited Use

  • Illegal activities, fraud, or scams
  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech
  • Spam or unsolicited bulk communications
  • Unauthorized system access or malware
  • Violation of Do Not Call regulations
  • Impersonation or misinformation
Note: You are responsible for obtaining consent for call recording and disclosing AI usage where required by law.

5. Third-Party Integrations

  • Telephony: Call quality depends on network conditions; 911 NOT supported
  • AI Providers: Responses may not always be accurate; you must review outputs
  • Payments: Processed by Stripe under their terms

Google Services

When you choose to connect Google Calendar or Google Sheets, your use of those services through Convoi AI is subject to Google's Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Convoi AI requests only the minimum OAuth permissions necessary to deliver the integration features you enable:

We do not use Google OAuth tokens or the data accessed through them for any purpose other than performing the specific integration actions described above and in our Privacy Policy.

You may disconnect any Google integration at any time from Settings → Integrations in your Convoi AI dashboard. Disconnecting immediately revokes our access to your Google data. You may also revoke access directly from your Google Account Permissions page.

6. Intellectual Property

Convoi AI owns all rights to the platform, software, branding, and technology.

You retain ownership of:

  • Documents and files you upload
  • Data you create or input
  • Call recordings from your conversations
  • Custom AI agent configurations

We do NOT claim ownership of your content, including any data accessed through your connected Google integrations.

7. Disclaimers

Convoi AIis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee AI accuracy, call quality, or uninterrupted operation.

Convoi AI is NOT a replacement for traditional telephone service and does NOT support emergency calling (911).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convoi AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Liability Cap: The greater of (a) amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

9. Termination

By You: Delete your account anytime via Settings or contact support@convoi.ai

By Us:

  • With 30 days notice for convenience or non-material breaches
  • Immediately for material violations, abuse, or non-payment

Upon termination, your access ends immediately and data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: Laws of the United Arab Emirates and DIFC
  • Arbitration: Disputes resolved by binding arbitration at DIAC in Dubai, UAE

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive class action rights.
